We were impressed by you and glad you won. I wonder if you'd ever consider assembling a low-sodium cookbook? I, too, have had to keep a very low sodium diet for over a year now while waiting for a liver transplant. My wife has learned a lot about making food taste good with no or low-sodium. A book with your low-sodium recipes would allow people access to your culinary skills applied in a very specific way. There are plenty of folks who would benefit, ourselves included.Shawnnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-486867340431871816.post-868616026159006122012-03-07T10:49:36.032-08:002012-03-07T10:49:36.032-08:00I love you Whitney! :D I just bought your book, yo...I love you Whitney! :D I just bought your book, you're such an inspiration to young women who love to cook! For some dishes, it is that not much salt or spices are needed to bring out the flavor. In other dishes, it seems like you could add a whole container of spices without salt and it would taste bland. If I use salt it is maybe 1/8 or 1/4 tsp. definitely not near as much as I was using before.whitneymillermchttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12814419318914869985noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-486867340431871816.post-21484305653304580822012-03-05T11:28:08.957-08:002012-03-05T11:28:08.957-08:00so starting from scatch, what is your most famous ...so starting from scatch, what is your most famous non-salt dish that you have re-invented that you would recommend?Kurt Jarretthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08594169966903936177noreply@blogger.com
